1. Agreement and service
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Denbegnaye AI, also presented as “Denbegnaye no code ai agent builder” (“Denbegnaye,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the website or services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service includes tools for building AI agents and workflows, analyzing files and business information, generating downloadable materials, and optionally connecting supported third-party services such as Google Workspace. Features may change over time.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you believe your account is being used without authorization. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
The service is intended for business and productivity use and is not directed to children under 13. You may not use it where doing so would violate applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or violate a third-party service’s terms;
- access accounts, files, systems, or data without authorization;
- upload malware, attempt to disrupt or compromise the service, or evade security controls;
- use outputs as a substitute for professional review where safety, legal rights, health, finance, or employment decisions are at stake;
- misrepresent generated content, impersonate another person, or use the service for fraud or harmful deception;
- probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.
You must ensure that your use, prompts, files, and automated workflows comply with applicable law and the rights of others.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in the prompts, files, data, agent configurations, and other materials you submit (“Your Content”). You give us and our service providers permission to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and support the features you use, comply with law, and enforce these terms.
You confirm that you have the rights and authority needed to submit Your Content and instruct the service to process it. Do not upload confidential, personal, or regulated information unless you are authorized to do so and have considered the relevant provider’s terms and your organization’s policies.
If you connect Google or another third-party account, you authorize the service to access and perform the actions you request within the permissions you grant. You remain responsible for reviewing the requested permissions and any confirmation shown before an action changes data in an external account.
5. AI outputs and important decisions
AI-generated results can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Outputs may not reflect professional advice and should be checked against reliable sources and your own judgment before use. You are responsible for reviewing generated files, messages, code, analyses, and actions before relying on or sharing them.
Do not rely on the service alone for decisions that may materially affect a person’s health, safety, legal rights, finances, employment, or access to essential services. Human review is particularly important before sending communications, publishing generated content, or changing information in connected accounts.
6. Google and third-party services
Google Workspace and other integrations are provided by their respective operators and may require separate accounts, permissions, and terms. Your use of Google services is subject to Google’s terms and policies, including its Google API Services User Data Policy. You can revoke Google access through Google Account settings or disconnect it within the service. We are not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party services.
7. Plans, payments, and cancellation
Some features require a paid subscription. The plan, price, currency, billing interval, and any applicable taxes will be shown before you confirm a purchase. Available payment methods depend on the checkout option presented; online USD subscription checkout currently uses PayPal. Payments are handled by the relevant payment provider under its terms.
Subscriptions may renew according to the billing terms shown at purchase unless canceled. You may request cancellation through the account interface when available. For recurring PayPal subscriptions, cancellation stops future recurring charges and access remains available until the end of the current paid period. Any refund rights are determined by applicable law and the terms displayed at purchase; these terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service useful and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue a feature, and may modify these terms when needed. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
9. Intellectual property
The service, its software, branding, and original materials are owned by Denbegnaye or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose while you comply with these terms. No ownership of the service is transferred to you.
As between you and us, you are responsible for the inputs you provide and may use generated outputs to the extent permitted by applicable law and any third-party rights. AI outputs may not be unique, and similar results may be produced for other users.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no promise that an AI-generated result will be accurate, complete, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
To the extent permitted by law, Denbegnaye is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account or content deletion using the contact details below. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or users, comply with law, address a security issue, or respond to a material violation of these terms. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of Ethiopia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Ethiopia, except where applicable law requires another forum.
