Bring the connected services together.

Start with the product, then configure each service boundary deliberately. The web app, workflow runtime, and Office Intelligence API have separate deployments and their own setup requirements.

Step 01

Prepare the web app

Install the Next.js application, configure the required Supabase values, and run it locally before connecting external services.

Step 02

Build and test a workflow

Create a small flow in Agent Builder, follow the selected node’s guide, and verify outputs and execution logs using representative input.

Step 03

Connect the worker services

Deploy the Node.js workflow API/workers and Python Office Intelligence service separately, with the same intended Supabase project and matching server-side integration settings.

Step 04

Verify before launch

Apply the required database migrations, check service health and queue processing, then validate authenticated workflows and Office Intelligence requests in a non-production environment.

Important deployment checks

Apply each feature’s database migrations to the same Supabase project used by the deployed services; deploying code does not apply migrations.
Keep provider keys, service-role credentials, encryption keys, and shared service secrets server-side. Never expose them in browser-visible variables.
Validate the worker queue and health endpoints, then test the web-to-service integration with safe sample data before production traffic.
